I chose these pictures because they all capture my favorite days of 2011. Like when I got to go to LA with all of my friends from band. And when I got my first bouquet of roses, and when I got asked to my first prom. When I got to watch my sister graduate from high school. When I went to Seattle and Canada and saw how beautiful it was there. When it was my birthday and I got my first Nikon and my friends all gave me really special gifts. When it was the Obon Festival and I traditionally danced under pretty lanterns for the first time. And when I met so many new people and made new friends, like Gene and all my friends in band. They say that in the end, all you really have is memories. These are the memories that I’ll always want to remember when I think of who I was in 2011.  Happy New Year.
